The Grammys gets a new look.

Although the Recording Academy is known for one annual event, the Grammys, they engage with musicians and other organizations 
 year-round. The Academy partnered with Bright to revamp their brand icon, crafting a look and feel that could be leveraged in everything they do.

The Challenge: The Recording Academy is known for one annual event, The Grammys. However, the Academy is active 365 days a year with musicians nationwide in promoting the value of music in our daily lives. While creativity was important, the Academy needed an updated brand icon that could be leveraged in everything they do.

The Solution: Bright conducted a full audit of all identity treatments for all Academy’s divisions. An identity application plan was developed demonstrating how a new symbol could effectively be applied to all elements of the organization.

The Result: The new identity was launched at the recent 50th Grammy celebration with rave reviews. The Recording Academy is currently working to carry the symbol to all divisions.
